Privacy Policy

Effective 19 June 2026

This is the plain-English version. If something here isn't clear, email us at help@tydihaus.com and we'll explain.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Account info — your name and email address, which we receive from Sign in with Apple when you create an account.
  • Your inventory — the item names, categories and storage locations you save in the app. This is the stuff you put in; nothing more.

We do not collect your photos. When you scan an item, the image is used only to identify what it is — it isn't stored on our servers.

How we store it

Your data lives in a secure cloud database (Supabase). Each account's data is scoped to that account — other users cannot see your inventory, and we use row-level security to enforce that at the database level.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your inventory with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. When you do, we permanently remove your account info and every item you've saved. There's no waiting period and no recovery — gone means gone.

Children

Tydi Haus isn't designed for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
