Terms of Service

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use TYDIHAUS.

Don't use TYDIHAUS to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to interfere with the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

You own the inventory data you create in TYDIHAUS. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that data back to you so the Service works.

TYDIHAUS is free to download. An optional one-time lifetime unlock is available as an in-app purchase, processed by Apple through the App Store. All payments, taxes and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services terms. Because the unlock is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription to cancel.

You acknowledge that these terms are between you and Kena Holdings, LLC, not Apple, and that Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content. To the extent these terms are less restrictive than or otherwise conflict with Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps, the more restrictive terms of Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement apply. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

We work hard to keep TYDIHAUS running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kena Holdings, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
